Usui Reiki I Attunement

Take the first step on your Reiki journey with the foundational Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement. This level introduces you to the sacred flow of Reiki energy, awakening your innate ability to channel universal life force for personal connection, balance, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re new to energy work or deepening your path, this experience provides you with the foundational tools to integrate Reiki into your self-care and daily life.

What You’ll Learn

In this hands-on, heart-led training, you will:

• Discover the Origins of Reiki
  Explore the history of Reiki and the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and Mrs. Takata.
• Practice Traditional Techniques
  Learn and explore Reiki hand placements and energy flow techniques for self-use.
• Explore Energetic Anatomy
  Introduction to the chakras, meridians, and auric field as they relate to Reiki practice.
• Build Confidence in Self-Reiki
  Develop your ability to sense and channel Reiki energy for personal grounding and energetic alignment.
• Cleansing + Grounding Practices
  Learn intuitive methods to care for your own energy field before and after sharing Reiki.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel confident in your Reiki self-practice and receive a Certificate of Completion. Course includes printed materials and books.

Usui Reiki II Attunement

Take your Reiki journey to the next level with the Usui Reiki Level II Attunement. Building on the foundations of Level 1, this training offers advanced tools and techniques to expand your connection to Reiki energy and develop your intuitive and spiritual practice.

You’ll be introduced to the first three Reiki symbols and deepen your understanding of distance energy work. Whether you're continuing your personal journey or feeling called to share Reiki with others, this course will support your growth with clarity, integrity, and reverence.

Prerequisite

Completion of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level I is required before taking this course.

What You’ll Learn

In this immersive and interactive training, you will:

• Review the History + Foundations of Reiki
  Deepen your understanding of Reiki energy and its evolution through the Usui lineage
• Learn the First 3 Reiki Symbols
  Practice drawing each symbol, explore its unique vibration, and understand how to work with them intentionally
• Explore Advanced Reiki Techniques
  Develop confidence with distance energy practices and traditional methods for working with others
• Share Reiki with Others
  Learn how to offer Reiki in personal, family, or community settings while respecting energetic boundaries
• Energetic Ethics + Spiritual Practice
  Discuss the ethical principles of Reiki and how they support your growth as a space holder
• Grounding + Energetic Hygiene
  Develop spiritual hygiene tools to stay balanced and centered in your own practice
• Work with Energetic Systems
  Deepen your relationship to chakras, meridians, and the auric field through an expanded Reiki lens

At the completion of this course, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and feel empowered to continue integrating Reiki into your personal life or offerings. Books and materials are included.
