How These Ceremonies Work

You do not need to have any prior experience with ceremonial work to be here. You only need an open heart and a genuine willingness to show up for yourself.

Every ceremony begins with a conversation. Before we step into any sacred space together I want to understand where you are, what you are carrying, and what you are hoping to move through or toward. From there we will choose the ceremony or combination of offerings that feels most aligned for you.

All ceremonies are held with clear intention, energetic support, and a grounded, safe container. You will never be rushed, pressured, or left without support afterward. Integration is always part of the process.

Cacao Ceremony 

Let your heart lead the way.

Cacao is one of the gentlest and most loving plant medicines available to us. In ceremony we work with her spirit intentionally setting clear intentions, opening the heart space, and allowing whatever needs to move through you to do so safely and beautifully. A nourishing and accessible experience for those new to plant medicine and seasoned ceremony goers alike. Available in person and online.

Psilocybin Ceremony

For those who are ready to go deeper.

Psilocybin is one of the most profound and sacred plant medicines available to those who feel genuinely called to it. These ceremonies are held with the utmost care, intention, and reverence. Creating a safe, supported container for deep inner exploration, healing, and transformation. This work is not for everyone and that is okay. Hapé & Sananga

Sacred medicines of the Amazon.

Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred Amazonian fire medicine made from finely ground mapacho tobacco and supportive plants, traditionally offered through the nose to clear the mind, ground the body, and open the spirit. Sananga is a powerful plant eye medicine used to clear energetic blockages, sharpen vision both physically and spiritually, and deepen ceremonial space. Both medicines are served with clear intention, reverence, and a Reiki-held field of support. Available in person only.

Energetic cords form between us and the people, places, and experiences that have left a mark on our lives. Not all of them are meant to stay. A cord cutting ceremony is a sacred and intentional ritual to lovingly release the energetic ties that are keeping you bound to what no longer serves your highest good. Sound Bath 

Let the vibration do what words cannot.

Sound has been used as a healing tool across cultures for thousands of years and for good reason. Using a combination of gong and crystal sound bowls, a sound bath works by bathing your entire energetic field in healing frequencies that help release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance on a cellular level. You do not have to do anything except receive. That is the gift. Available in person only.

Women's Circles 

There is medicine in being witnessed by other women.

Women's circles are one of the oldest and most powerful healing containers that exist. In this sacred space we gather to share, to listen, to be witnessed, and to remember the strength that lives in community. Each circle is held with intention and care, weaving ritual, sharing, and energetic support into an experience that reminds every woman present that she is not alone on her path. Available in person and online.
