How It Works

Every session is 90 minutes and shaped entirely around you and where you are in your journey.

If you are preparing for ceremony, we will work together on intention, readiness, and settling your nervous system so you can arrive open and grounded.

If you are integrating afterward, we focus on making sense of what arose, preventing the emotional crash cycles that can follow deep work, and turning your insights into sustainable, lasting change.

For those who walk with medicine over time, ongoing support containers are available. A steady, trusted presence for the full arc of your journey.
